Getting just below offer grade

Hi,

Just a question,

I've had a few problems this year and have had to have operations and such meaning I've missed a bit of time and I think I'm going to get just a grade under what I need to get my 240 UCAS points.

Does anyone know if they'd still accept me regardless of having got just below the offer they made? I've firmed Cov and really want to do the course!
