Tsonga quits. This is such a bad tournament. Hope he is alright.

Perhaps they should all try to watch Federer and how fluently he moves on grass. He never slips.

He hasn't slipped yet... But yes his movements are well suited to the grass so to avoid having to withdraw players should take note

Tsonga quit? Srsly what is up with this year?

As for Brown and Hewitt this morning, Brown played out of his skin and probably deserved to win. I predict he goes out next round though.

What a shame. How many retirements/withdrawals is that now?

What is happening this year!? It should help Murray massively though.

So many seeded players out of the tournament, hopefully the level of tennis won't drop and we'll still have an entertaining wimbledon :frown:
This is honestly ridiculous. Some of the 3rd round match ups are going to be much worse off then they should be. Draw looking very comfortable (on paper) for Fed and Murray now (as long as they don't get injured)

With Cilic and Tsonga withdrawing Murray's quarter is a bit of a joke now.

Sharapova on the verge of going out too. De Prito is playing some excellent stuff, a set and a break up.

Players made of glass.
I love this from Larcher de Brito. Far too often players just sit around waiting, getting cold in these situations.

Yep Youzhny is a folder against the big players and he's the only one that could realistically give Murray grief, even Mahut is getting tonked by clay courter Robredo.

Oddly what was not considered by many before the draw but Djokovic's path looks the hardest (injuries permitting  of course)

So now there is even less competition for Williams to win the title now, womens 2nd and 3rd seeds out today.

Sharapova's out then. That 2nd set was a fantastic advert for Womens' tennis. De brito was superb, especially under pressure!

Yeah, apart from both screaming from the top of their lungs.
Shame that Robson is in Serena's half. Real opportunity of a run in the other half for someone.

My thoughts exactly. Highest seed in the other half is now Kvitova, who Robson beat at the Australian Open!
