It's nice you're not going for the obvious ones, so many just go as slutty nurse or more recently slutty nerd. People should be inventive at these sort of parties not just an excuse to dress scantily. It's boring.
Brilliant ideas so far, although I'm not sure how I would dress for most of these! Keep em' coming
