You can still wear tight-fitting jeans, just not those styled as "skinny jeans" since as a lifter your thighs are going to be far far bigger than an ordinary person's proportionate to the thickness of your lower-leg.
They like tight-fitting jeans for the same reason they like briefs over boxers.

Yeaaaah, maybe it's an optical illusion cased by the scarf.
To the left of the scarf seems to have a different patterns than to the right of the scarf like its two different tops, but then the top in the middle looks like a thin T-shirt of its own a third shirt since it is a different colour than either side of the scarf.
Having a pattern in which the arms of the shirt are different is weeeeeirrrd.
