I just find myself posting crap and refreshing the page for ages. It's like an addiction. I'm sure I could do something more productive and will regret this on my deathbed. Should I just stop coming on here?

If you don't enjoy it or find it too time consuming, perhaps it is best to cut down or stop completely. Perhaps you can start doing something new, and slowly give more attention to that than to posting on here?
