Lighter shades = lesson, darker shades = revision/study time. Colour coordinated so I can easily see how much I've planned per subject (e.g. Light green and dark green are Biology).

Boxes with diagonal lines in are times I have a commitment (due to my lack of job etc. these are basically all lessons!). My two roles as a young carer and Students' Union president mean that I don't have shifts but I do have to change my schedule quite often. I've added 3 hours worth of last minute catch up at the weekend to ensure I don't miss out on planned revision!

Boxes with dots in are times I've planned revision.

For each revision/study session I've added in a rough guide of what I'd like to cover. During the week I add to a list of tasks that need doing and then I complete the relevant ones in each session.
•
Revision session durations are based on Pomodoros (25 minutes, 50 minutes or 90 minutes), which is how I study. There's a post on my blog explaining this

Copying up notes
•
Revision Cards
•
Posters
•
Past exam papers
