year 13 study journal // gyg 2023-24 :)

hello everyone!

I've seen a lot of other people do these so felt inspired to make my own.

my subjects: aqa a level politics, history and french + epq
current predicted grades (2023): B B B
grades I would like to get in 2024: A* A* A A
uni degree: politics + french/politics

goals for the year:
- improve predicted grades
- revise little and often rather than cramming everything at the end
- remember to still have some fun with friends

tuesday 24th October 2023
today I am hoping to:
- catch up on a french lesson that I missed about alternative prison sentences
- continue revising for my french test tomorrow (reading, listening and writing on all year 12 topics)
- plan and write a british history essay "how effectively did the National Govt deal with the economic problems?"
- review teacher feedback from some pieces of work on political ideologies (conservatism and liberalism)

today I managed to:
catch up on the missed french lesson
review teacher feedback on political ideologies work
finish off revising for my french test tomorrow

wednesday 25th October 2023:
my French test went better than expected, very happy to have it over and done with

tasks for today:
- write the britain essay "how effectively did the National Govt deal with the economic problems 1931-39?"
- organise everything from this term into the correct folders
- plan out revision for half-term next week
