If I were to change my appearance, I'd make my shoulders wider and my wrists bigger. Maybe I'd make myself taller but I quite like being average/slightly above average height.

I have neurofibromatosis (NF1) which cases growths all over my body little pimples to larger growths, luckily no big tumors but lots of little ones on my chest and back (100's) and some on more intimate areas of my body, it has shot my confidence as I have been dumped beacuse of it in the past.
