Notice his body looks quite feminine in structure: His hips/waist are proportionately quite close to shoulder width. Generally 'masculine' figures have a V taper from the shoulders to waist.

I only heard she was through a poster on another site... I didn't get the picture from a news/magazine article or anything so I'm not 100% sure.

Andreja Pejic was born male and made it into FHMs Hot 100 years before she had gender reassignment. Andrej Pejic modelled for Victoria's Secret whilst still a male model without breast implants. I wasn't sure whether it made me happy to see underwear looking amazing on a flat chest or if it was depressing that the model closest to my own physique had a Y chromosome.
For more androgeny, Erika Linder is a woman that looks amazing when modelling male fashion. She used to go out with Andreja Pejic, photos of them together are good for illustrating gender fluidity.
