The number of people who seem to be brimming with hatred is quite alarming to say the least 
I think what's scary is that the internet is potentially a place for people to channel the hatred they are suppressing in real life.
That to me is more unsettling than random trolling where the person doesn't actually mean what they are saying.
Both are senseless, but the former is more concerning.
