medicine As grades

Can I get into top universities for medicine with 3A's and a B if the B is high and one A is low? Eg.
High A in chemistry
Medium A in biology
Low A in maths
High B in physics??

Depends what uni you apply to for example camb probs wouldn't accept u as they would look at individual UMS but Liverpool might, I know some that got an offer from Liverpool with similar grades but then again Liverpool also rejected another friend of mine who got 4A* Cause they look at very different things and you have to be an all rounder
