To do foundation medicine, you will need to meet their additional criteria to apply - your A Level predicted grades are just one part.
For example https://le.ac.uk/courses/medicine-with-foundation-year-mbchb/2023
You will need to meet widening accessing arrangements
Your predicted grades at the start of year 13 is a good indication of whether to go for medicine, or foundation medicine (meeting their other criteria). It is unlikely you will go from getting A Levels results from meeting foundation medicine entry to medicine entry as it is going from BBB (using Leicester) to AAA/A*AA, a big jump.
