Hi I got 5 grade 7s (in sciences and maths), 3 grade 6s (in English lang) and a grade 5 in English lit. Which universities would be best to consider? Should I be considering medicine with these grades?

those grades are fine to apply to med with as long as you apply strategically - i.e. don't consider unis that score gcses and check minimum entry requirements as well, as some unis have quite high ones. it's good that you have at least a 6 in eng lang and maths as that is what the majority of unis look for in terms of minimum reqs. you can start looking at uni entry requirements/scoring systems now and can narrow down to a longlist of unis, but you won't be able to shortlist until you receive your ucat score in the summer.
