A level predictions

I did minimal study in my as exams and i'm taking a gap year in order to travel and enrich my cv. My plan is to bring up anything i fail after i finish my a levels next year as i'm only doing 2 a levels at the moment. (philosophy and ethics and business and economics) I will already have an income of over £100,000 a year as soon as i turn 18 so i was considering open university to complete my honours or do a foundation course and them my masters. Is it worth considering open university?

Its from a trust fund and i get a certain amount every month. (not trying to be pretentious or anything)
