First 24 hours on Tinder with no profile pic-40 messages, is this normal?
So I'm a guy and I've just basically set up a free Tinder account with no profile picture and yet 24 hours into it, I've had 30 profile views, winks and 40 messages from women with profile pictures.
Is this normal or are these 40 women with their profile set up with pictures....fake?
I don't have a paid membership, so I cannot see what these women messaged me.

you're not on Tinder, sounds like you're on Match or something.
and YES they are fake.
They are doing this to dupe males into using the site more and paying subscriptions.

Sounds like you joined Match.com. 
These are all fake users.
There was a channel 4 documentary about this a few years ago. There are people who are actually paid to flirt during your free trial membership, to get you to continue talking and using the app, so you pay. They showed a story of a man who had supposedly 20 girls wanting to talk to him etc..then when he paid subscription, all the messages stopped. Watch out OP.
