Change gender every time I sneeze - I don't sneeze that often, and I'd hate to accidentally eat my niece/little cousins.

I don't eat muffins anyway so

But wouldn't it be strange to walk into a coffee shop or a supermarket and see lots of babies sitting on the side ready to be purchased? #Moooose

changing gender every time you sneeze would not be good for me as I have hayfever and would be doing so very often
so the second one out of convenience, I dislike muffins so if I mistook them for babies, meh
