Judging from the admissions calendar and the threads for the past 2 years, a few offers for those exceptionally strong students might come out today! Not sure about other subjects but this info is for law

I'm applying BMS, and they recieve 200 canditates give our take a few. So I'm hoping lower canditates mean quicker time.

How strong is 'exceptionally strong'? Grades-wise?
Sad news since I just got a rejection for Financial Maths with Stats.
I thought I was fine with A*A*AA (Maths, Physics, Further Maths and Chemistry)

I will have to e-mail them to find out why!!?!
I thought most rejections come out on Thursday - I thought I was in the clear.
..but not to be...

I'm sure you'll end up somewhere better and it'll work out :frown: When did you apply and what were your AS grades if you dont mind me asking?

Personal statement should play a more vital role compared to grades at the second stage. So if you have a strong PS with fantastic predicted or achieved grades, it is more likely that you will hear back from them soon!

What was your UMS like? - did they ask for it? - I wonder how much weight a particularly strong Maths/Fmaths UMS average carries

Really sorry to hear that :frown: you sound like a fantastic applicant though, so I'm sure you'll easily get offers from everywhere else. How were your GCSE results?

I'm sorry to have heard that. Didn't LSE provide you a reason in the rejection email? :/

Rejected for one course I applied for at lse, waiting on feedback for the other (also at lse).

Apparently my personal statement wasn't good enough for social policy :/
