What type of course is Leicester Medicine?

Is Leicester traditional, integrated, or PBL? If it is integrated, then what parts of PBL are there and how much traditional learning is there?

Thank you

hi there, the course has recently changed the curriculum last year so im not too sure about it precisely.
However, it follows an integrated course whereby theres a mixture of lectures and early clinical experience.
Based on what i know of the new curriculum, lectures in the morning +/- afternoon and sometimes history taking/GP + extra stuff sessions in the afternoon.

It is integrated. You have half lectures and half group work (workbook questions) with a clinical demonstrator (doctors with an interest in academia who help when you get stuck), then you have communication skills and GP/hospital placements added on. You also spend the first 2 weeks shadowing doctors in clinical practice.
