Question on the new Spec.

I was just looking around on Justmaths and I came across this and would like to know if this is true.

I am currently retaking GCSE Maths with AQA. I am literally craving to get 4 (But aiming for a Grade 5). Does this mean that less people will get Grade 4's or above? I am stressing out a-lot because I really need a grade 4.

It is the Opinion of the web sites author. It refers to the fact that with the new grading structure some people who would have got a C in the past will now get a 4 and some will get a 5. The author believes that school performance will be judged on the numbers gaining a 5 or above and logically there will be less of those than who would have got a C or above previously. There should not be a significant difference in the number of people with 4 or above.

Have Wales also applied the same Specification aswell with their maths? I see that 46.1% got A*-C and normally it's around 60%ish? This worried me more
