I can't find an exact definition (from my memory it links with moral panic) - I have a feeling that a moral crusade is a campaign surrounding a particular social issue like crime or alcohol etc so a moral crusader is someone who is involved with this, and upholds the values of the campaign etc... I will try and find my notes from last year about interactionism and if I find anything then I'll let you know!
