The current US rap is absolute trash but if we talk about the 2pac or early Eminem era then its a draw between grime. There hasn't been enough attention paid to grime now compared to the 'beef' between chip/bugzy. IMO the new song from Wiley (i call the shots) is a definite banger and in that case i would say grime is way ahead of US rap.
