Depends on the school but 99.9% of the time yes.

I believe so yes, but it depends on the school. My school let everyone change if they wanted as long ad they have the grades

yes you can,

my cousin wanted to change her course so she phoned up the collage and they said after two weeks of starting collage and going to your classes for two weeks and you want to change your course you can.

its different for all collages though.
