CAPP tests can be quite easy. If it seems easy so the first question is basic addition etc be very careful with the answer you click.

They do it on purpose. Say your answer is 10300 they might have 103000, 10300, 1030 etc and if you're rushing you're likely to pick the wrong one.

I have just completed NHS graduate management training scheme’s online assessment and my application status showing it’s on hold. But my question is -did I pass in all online assessment?.it has been written on the application instructions page that you have to get a standard level of points in every stage of the assessment to proceed to the next level- is that mean I have managed to get standard level of points in every stage of the online assessment? Plz correct me if I am wrong. Your answer will be much appreciated.

How did you decide which scheme to apply for? I am debating between General Management, Health Analysis, Health Informatics and maybe DHSC...

I applied for HR because I want a people-based career. But I am also interested in Policy and Strategy and General Management. As a recent graduate who wants to explore their options...I'm currently contemplating whether the General Management scheme would give me more exposure to a variety of roles. Trying to figure out whether to re-apply or not.

Just did the Numerical test and that was hard, 2 questions had me baffled and i spent like 3 and a half minutes each only to guess the answer.

Did you get through to the verbal reasoning test?

Does anyone know roughly how many applications they get each year and how many people they take on?

I made a freedom of information request about a week ago which included this question- How many vacancies and appointments each year for the last 8 years.

Other questions I asked were about the gender and race stats for applications on this scheme. The results are actually somewhat surprising.
Applications have indeed gone up since 2012 but so have vacancies- Last year there were 17084 applicant and 199 "starters" compared to 2012 where there were 12214 applications but 150 "starters".

I also took the time to email the scheme to see how many vacancies there are this time around and they said initial plans was for around 500 (yes i typed that correctly) but that is of course not set in stone due to Brexit (I don’t know how this even impacts this scheme tbh).

I was in the DHSC scheme video chat the other day and they said so far there are 3500 applicants for 10-12 places.
