is it possible to learn A level in 1 month

not like final exams but is it possible to make notes and learn a whole A level in 1 month ? e.g psychology/ economics/biology any subject

Highly unlikely imo. Maybe if you were a prodigy or had full time tutoring.
Also how hard you work and what your starting point is.

how about half an a level like A2 part

Those with a natural aptitude for learning things quickly will likely have no trouble, as for the rest of us I think it is doable even if you are not exceptionally smart so long as you are conscientious. Of course it depends on the subject as well. By the way, you don't need to do AS Levels to apply for Uni. While you will still be required to be knowledgeable in the AS component you don't need to sit the exams for it.

I'm practically attempting to learn 3 AS Levels in less than 3 months. I'll let you know how I get on.
