A-level Edexcel Maths C2 Paper (6664) May 22nd 2019 Unofficial Markscheme

Hi guys, so I decided to open a thread for the C2 Edexcel exam which is on 22 may. This is the last RESIT for this spec. You can post any of your doubts or helpful resources here for others. I think by looking at the exam, we will have high grade boundaries as it'll be for retakes only but we have lots of resources too I guess.

Ok that paper was hard compared to the previous years, I hope grade boundaries are low, Im thinking maybe 65 - A, 60-B?

You should have got X^5 = 2781, part ii)
Then X^5 = 3x3^6
Therefore X=3^7/5

Yeah, doing all the core modules. Got a b last time, only needed 3 marks for an A. But I figure I might as well try for the *

Area under the curve was like 96, then it was a matter of fact of taking away 1 triangle from another and that 96

Guys what did you get for the Center of the circle? (2/3,-3) if so what was the equation for the line. Because point P was (5,-3) and from the gradient forumula y1-y2 you would get 0?? Please help lol
