AE = ( Mr of desired products / Mr of all products ) x 100

Yield = ( achieved mass of product / calculated mass of product ) x 100

Snot the same thing.

AE is expressed as a percentage so is the same thing as percentage AE.

but refers to this question what they used is percentage yield instead of atom economy. it is so confused if they just mix these two concepts up..

There is no mention of yield anywhere in the Q nor in the MS.
