What happens if no candidate gets 270 votes?
The presidential election is left up to members of the House of Representatives in the event of a tie or any results where no one wins 270 electoral votes. The choice for the vice president is left up to the Senate.

dont think they can choose a republican vice president with a democratic president and vice versa they´d probably choose the president and their vice candidate

If no party gets a majority, then the House of Representatives decides the president and the Senate decides the vice president. But when the House of Representatives votes, each state gets just one vote so it doesn't necessarily matter if a party doesn't have a majority in the House; Wyoming has just as much power as California in that case.
In the meantime while they decide (because it could take a while), the speaker of the House is acting president.

Democrats don't have a majority in the majority of states so I think the Republicans would actually have control over who becomes the president in that scenario
Joe Biden does have over 270 votes now.
