I'm struggling with what to include in an essay I have been given. The essay is about how mindset theory affects individuals performance in education. I understand growth mindset= more likely to do well in education, fixed mindset= less likely to succeed. but I don't know how what else to add pls help!!!

You can include how person and process praise at youth affects what mindset you devolp. You could also include Dwecks theory, and the strengths and weaknesses of his theory.
I feel most important points to include in your essay would be
- The meaning of mindset
-How mindset affects the development of abilities and weather they are seen as fixed or changeable through effort.
- Dwecks thweory and its strenghths ans weaknesses
then you could conclude it.

A rough outline for starters
Meaning of the word
How it affects achievement at school etc
Why it matters
Relevant theory and pros and cons
School culture
Reputation of school in question
Parental involvement etc
Access to resources
Teacher reputation
Teaching techniques used are they effective or not?
Illness or disability experience
Classroom expectations
Bad behaviour
