Lol ok.
They are not as intelligent as anyone from stem
Not all of them are.
Personally I try to avoid all the intellectual property, human rights and immigration lawyers.
Keep my distance from the adr lawyers when I'm not working too.

I disagree with you on that score, I've known dozens of stem grads that lack basic common sense and are far from intelligent.
P.S Why are you posting through the anonymous feature?

This is so true lol I’ve met some fellow stem students actually that are limited to being only academically smart- they’re amazing as people though.

lOls no!

google some law firms; you can usually see photos of the solicitors on the website. most are extremely average at best

you been watching too much Suits i reckon :yep:
Because they can use litigation such as a court injunction under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 to say that they are legally attractive.

Years of experience living and working with them.

Stalker ex and half his gang are intellectual property lawyers.
I grew up surrounded by the human rights and immigration legal crowd.
Nothing remotely attractive about them, their disgusting tactics and vile or unhinged agendas.
Most criminal defence lawyers are not that attractive either but still an improvement on the others as far as intelligence and cunning goes.
Nice try, lawyer.
After 15 years experience of working amongst the sharks of the legal profession, you are very likely to have either changed your tune or your definition of attractive.

Actually, plenty of STEM graduates go into law - or at least, in my field, it's generally easier for biomedical science graduates to pick up some law and go into the bioscience intellectual property law field from that direction, than it is for the lawyers to pick up the bioscience knowledge needed to come at it from the other direction.

...wait, did I just support your point?

They're not and you are watching too much TV if you think otherwise.

To succeed in any competitive field requires an intense level of motivation, time, effort and dedication, which in turn can take its toll on other aspects of your life which may include things such as sleep, attending the gym and taking good care of your health which reflects how you look, if you don't have a robotic stoicism to just plough though anything regardless of your emotions. Say you spend 12 hours doing intense physical exercise per week, that is an extra day the person sitting next to you now has over you, and whilst you may have been one of the smart ones at school and could take on information more quickly, he was also one of the smart ones so any marginal intellectual advantage you may think you have, probably isn't a 14.29% intellectual advantage per week

How top lawyers actually look

Loads of biomed grads work in specialist wealth management funds which focus on the health/science sector.

It's a good reason physicists need to show a bit more humility at times, unless you are in the upper tail of the upper tail of physicists, you are probably gonna be stuck in a dead end unless you are willing to not do physics for a living, whereas biology opens more doors for the typical graduate.

OP is probably talking about how their intelligence translates to some real world skills, they have knowledge of their subject and understanding of how to talk to people which can be quite useful in a partner. Status is also highly favoured in a lot of women. Not that I agree though.
