You've got nice bone structure. It's a little hard to tell without seeing your eyes. I wouldn't not date you because of your face.
The trouble with that photo is that it gives the impression that you have a bad set of personality traits.
Different lighting, hair, facial expression, clothes, glasses or lack of, composition, angle could put over a better image of you.
