Does the school really expel students for failing to complete matriculation on time?

Have you ever heard of someone, including your friend/flatmate, suffering the said consequence from not completing matriculation on time?

I'm curious about this. What's it really like?

This you?

If so, what’s with all the concern about hypothetical situations? If there’s something going on, you’d be better off posting more details, because the answer to all these vague ones is “in theory, yes”.

Why can't hypothetical questions be asked?

Isn't this a forum for everyone who wants to have their studies right?

Yes, they’re both hypothetical and oddly specific to St. Andrews and their exclusion policies.

You just seem to be anticipating a lot of problems, and have been at times a bit incredulous that students would be excluded for what you perceive to be “minor” infractions. (Like not paying fees for a year!)

To answer your question, yes if you failed to pay fees or follow any (re)enrolment requirements, then you’d either be excluded or, they wouldn’t need to because you wouldn’t be an enrolled student in any case.

After all, it is just a question.

Why are you reacting so aggressively?

You’re reading aggression where there is none. Read my replies in this thread and the other thread again.
