thanks for the brief answer, but these are just from opinion, you dont seem very confident in most of your answers, for example you are saying google it and "probably" ... which alludes to the fact you dont know :wink:

SQA results day Discussion Thread Has turned into a Debate session on Private Schools ill keep my opinion short and sweet, it doesnt matter who/what/where you get your results in, all people would have to put some sort of effort in for passing exams and thats all that matters and not the school you went to :biggrin:

Edit: Yes that PHD is from Cambridge before anyone asks, I also have 2 of them but I want to be modest. I am also a fully trained cardiothoracic surgeon, all before I turn 13.

Shouldnt have any problems, i if i had any tips though it would be to get some sleep, you might receive your text/email in the later batches, i learned that last year haha

You should be fine! Last year my email arrived at 4:50am and my text at 8am. The year before my email arrived at 1:10am so you can't really tell when it will come. Good luck! :smile:

From personal experience, the email arrives quicker most of the time, and the text does usually arrive later. Although I'm sure it will probably vary from person to person.

I only signed up for the text and I was thinking about just staying up all night for it because I usually go to sleep about 2am anyway in the holidays. So if it was likely to come for 4ish then I'd probably have stayed up, but it seems like the text comes at 8/9 with most people so I'll probably just leave it :tongue:

I just loved the department and the university in general when I went to visit; it felt so comfortable compared to Edinburgh and Bristol which seemed kind of impersonal. Plus, the department is really high-ranked for my subject. Newcastle seems so nice but my UKCAT isn't high enough to apply. Their dental school is extremely friendly which is uncommon amongst such healthcare establishments!
