Anyone here doing English?
Southamton is probably going to be my first choice and I am applying to read English; can anyone currently doing the course tell me anything? As in whether you like it, contact hours, tutor availability etc

my flatmates doing english.. suppose i could find out 
English is cool, about 8 hours contact time (but I'm doing a Combined honours so a little more for me).
Erm, it's great so far. Lecturers/Tutors are helpful. Lots to read every week for Narrative and Culture but then...that's English for you.
