Finished downloading the FLAC files of Kara no Kyoukai. 
I'm finding it hard to tell a difference but the FLAC versions in general does seem to sound 'richer'

There's nothing wrong with Aiko's style of writing - which, I guess, is the only way to decide what "tone" she uses on the internet - unless you count fluency and sophistication as being dislikeable traits.
You should exercise some discretion...
