I said elitism. And it stands to reason, doesn't it- usually only people with outstanding gcse results get in, therefore Cambridge is elitist. It picks the elite.
Oh, and from what i heard, as i have a legitimate reason for my **** up on my gcses, i could get in, so maybe i will apply.

cambridge do stress this point in many prospecti- they want the ACADEMIC elite of the nation to attend their university. nowhere do they imply that elitism should be equated with class, so people who assume otherwise need to re-read some things. basing your opinions on a place before getting the full information is just downright arrogant
