College and Welsh Baccalaureate

I'm currently studying the second year of the BTEC National Diploma IT Practitioner and I was wondering, if i fail my key skills and Welsh Baccalaureate would I fail my BTEC? The key skills and the Welsh Bacc have to be in by the end of the week and i'm nowhere near completing it. I've applied to uni and received an offer, all I need to get is MPP. I got DDM in the first year and I'm targeting MMM this year.

Any advice would be awesome,
