I can see why having to wear a bra might feel a little constrained if you're large chested.
Just don't wear one at home.

i used to hate them! but i just tried all kinds of bras until i found one that i liked :smile:

at home i just wear my 'comfy bra' (dosen't do much for the shape but it supports them just fine :smile:

) but when im out and around people (lol :colondollar:

) i have a good supporting bra which adds shape and stuff, you just have to find one you like the feel of....

it's really down to the girl just go on a mahossive bra shopping day, try them all on and if you've got measured before use that as a guide like if you a 36C by measurment but you try it on and the cup size it too big or too small then just get the other cup size!

Just wear it. Trust me an older lady I know very well decided the boob constrains weren't for her in her hippy youth and MY GOD, they sit lower than the waistband of her jeans...

I actually went a while without a bra because my boobs are quite small and actually found that they grew (was probably wearing too-small bras tbh) but hey less pain and bigger boobs kerchinggg.

I feel your pain.

28FF= small girl, painfully big boobs. Also, it's an irritating size, because I always have to order it in.

I'd be more worried about my nips showing through clothes than them going saggy though!

if your breasts are large surely it will hurt more if you dont wear a bra as they wont be supported

you might have to invest in a quite expensive one maybe from Rugby and Peller they are around £65 but they do amazing fittings

Find one that's comfortable, maybe that doesn't have an underwire?
Or you could just not wear one but as you're large-chested I can see why that would be a problem too.
