No, absolutely not. The incident on 61 minutes was horrendous. North is knocked out cold, Anthony Watson goes over to see how he is and the Welsh management claim to not have seen it.
World Rugby are right to investigate, and I'd be looking at big fines, striking doctors off (they were for Bloodgate and IMO this is worse) or a points deduction.
