OCR Coursework Poetry Requirement

Just wondering, I know that OCR A2 coursework involves writing about at least one poetry collection, but I'm confused about this:

''The texts chosen must not appear on any of the set text lists for the externally-assessed units at AS and A level and must not overlap with texts studied for AS Unit F662. This extends to the work of poets who appear on set text lists.''

I assume it means that poetry collections and individual poems which are on the set text lists are not allowed to be used as part of coursework, but what about other works by poets who are on the list? Does it mean all work by that poet, even if the specific poems aren't covered in the syllabus? For example, John Milton's Paradise Lost is one of the texts on the OCR list. If I wanted to write about Paradise Regained, would that be against the regulations?
