Which of these 3 IGCSEs/GCSEs (with the grades specified) is the easiest?

Hi, I'm an independent candidate who would like to go to a university. These following subjects are considered acceptable evidence of proficiency in English for the university that I would like to attend in the future.

1. Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language at grade B
2. Cambridge IGCSE First Language English at grade C
3. Edexcel GCSE English Language at Grade C

I just would like to know that which subject with those grades specified is the easiest to get and which is the hardest. Could anyone please give me an advice or any response?
