Normally I'd definitely say college, but how far away are we talking? If you're going to be missing the first two periods every day that'll be a huge hindrance.

Other than that, definitely the college. You'll regret it if you do your A-levels somewhere crappy.

I actually had to make this decision, and went with the school (it wasn't too bad itself but its sixth form wasn't very good). Everything turned out OK.
