optometry @ manchester / accomodation?

im planning to do optometry @ manchester.
have no idea bout area or accomodation.
anyone got any suggestions for accomodation maybe near optom buildings?.
anyone doing optom who could suggest best accomodation.

If you try to look at the university's map, Whitworth Park seems to be nearest ( about 10 mins walk)to the Faculty of Medicine and Human Sciences( incl optometry building I presume). Try to have a look at the map, and you'll find a lot of other houses surrounding the faculty.If you have any other doubts or questions about accommodation area, I think that it'll be a good idea to mail manchester's accommodation; they'd be willing to advise you hopefully.

nah its a while away from the medical school - my friend does optom and its not on the main campus i think its sackville street. Id reccommend victoria halls 1

Wright Robinson hall is literally across a tiny road from it. Next nearest is Chandos, then Lambert and Fairfield, then Weston. As for private halls, Mill Point is the closest I think.
