Policies and laws that may shape experiences for children...

I was going through an exam question regarding the title. It wants two polices or laws, however I cannot have any from the ITEM 2A, which are any educational laws like the Butler Act or any regarding children in labour? so I was wondering which ones would be acceptable. Of the top of my head I can think of 2004 Every Child Matters Policy and the UN Declaration of the rights of the child. Would divorce laws count? Like say the 1969 Divorce Reform Law Act? that shapes their childhood to an extent as it results in more lone parent families, resulting in them missing one of two expressive or instrumental roles, which can result in delinquency? Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks:smile:

I also have the same exam question, I agree with all the policies you have said already and yes the Divorce Reform Act counts as the children's childhood would be different growing up in a lone parent family
