Worried about plagiarism/paraphrasing.

I'm doing an Biology issue report (Edexcel) and i don't know how to paraphrase without it being similar to the original text. I basically change the order of the words, but the sentences are in the same places.

We have to use Harvard referencing (never used it before, no idea).

Are there any good websites i can use to test my work for plagiarism?

(I've never had to reference or paraphrase like this before so i'm worried about it)

As long as you reference correctly, it's not plagiarism. Learn how to reference now and you'll save yourself heaps of trouble later on.
