a) Define the following:

i) vapour pressure
ii) the triple point
iii) phase boundary

b) A pressure cooker is a pan that has a sealed lid and does not allow steam to escape during cooking. Describe how using a pressure cooker means that food (e.g. boiled potatoes) gets cooked faster than using an ordinary pan.
