it is possible to withdraw from examinations due to mitigating circumstances - get in touch with your department ASAP (i would advise going straight to the department to minimise delay as exam season is basically happening already, rather than going through your personal tutor). you will need to fill in a form and may need to provide supporting evidence.

Of course - I've had to withdraw from uni twice for various 'mental health' reasons. Most universities are very, very understanding, a great deal more people defer exams due to mental health reasons than you think. Contact your tutor, explain your predicament, and a letter from your doctor describing your diagnosis and issues would be very helpful. Chin up, it's really hard I know, but most authorities will be very empathetic, and will have no trouble in letting you sit your exams at a later date. All the very best, you'll do fine
