18 - 21 Car Hire - Would you use it?
If there was a specific car hire company for 18 - 21 Year Olds; would anyone use it? I imagine it would be quite expensive.
even if it cost several times more than other car hire places and required an open authorisation on a credit card with a substantial limit ? as that is the ionly way it would be profitable
