did anyone else get 139 degrees for the last question?

I'm pretty sure you're right, our resident whizz-kid had that and, mathematically, his word's gospel!
I had 139 too, I think it makes more sense than the angles under 90 that people have on here already. Did anyone get question 6c t=pi/2and distance is 6m?

Him and I both had pi/4 for time and the displacement evaluated at around 0.8...m?
You had 2cos(2t) = 0. I had -2-2cost=0 because when t=0 r=2i-3j and then you get r = (-2cos2t-2)i + (3+3sin5t)j I think.
Already wish I didn't look at this thread :frown:

Did anyone else get 5.25 ms for the elastic question? And was the EPE positive or negative? Because I wrote it down as positive because the negative extension x= -0.1 cancels when you square it in the formula. But then you had to make EPE negative in the second part to get the velocity KE + EPE = - (F × D)
At t=0, cos2t = 1 so the i coeff is just -2cos2t
Damn, I can see what I've done now. Cos0 does not equal 0. Funny what a exam can do you.
