Presumably you would want to control the distribution and cost of your efforts? As opposed to being told that it is in your interests to allow unfettered and free access?


If I were well known enough for people to be downloading them en-masse, I'd be selling enough prints and getting enough people in to view them to not need the money.
No - unless it was on a rare promo CD or vinyl record, so I'd buy it and rip it on my computer. But nevertheless, the artist doesn't get money from second hand sales.
Nope my sister in law did 2 times once on my iPod and once on Google Play Music now she's gonna do it again on my LG Stylo 3 it's a new phone I got it on Thanksgiving
