Hi guys, so I need some advice.
Last thursday I received my A level results and got accepted into my firm choice uni (plymouth). However, Id been thinking prior to this day that I really do not want to go there. I know, stupid me! Anyway so I went through clearing or adjustment despite knowing nothing about it and being thrown onto the phone with a new uni by my head teacher. I explained that I wanted to go to their university but I hadn't declined plymouth yet. They offered me a place and so I sent an email to them accepting it/saying I understand legal implications blah blah. Anyway, I still haven't declined plymouth and not received anything from my new uni. Also when I logged into track nothing had changed AND it said something like "if you receive an offer from your firm uni you cant apply anywhere else"... well i have!
    Please someone help?!

You need to phone Plymouth. Have a look on their website to find their opening hours - you might be able to do this today or tomorrow, or they might be closed now until Monday.
